JJB Sports is celebrating the opening of its new store and fitness club at The Beehive Centre, Cambridge, by teaming up with Q103 on Saturday 30th August to offer a fun filled day for visitors to the store between 9am – 3pm. Fundraising will also be taking place throughout the day for the Children’s Services department at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

The Beehive Centre store will be giving customers the chance to win £1,000’s worth of prizes; so make sure you visit the JJB Sports Store, where customers can challenge Q103’s Greg Martin and Juliet Mayne on the Nintendo Wii, with the chance to win £100 of JJB Sports vouchers to spend in store. The station will be broadcasting live from store between 11pm – 2pm so make sure that you get down to the store if you fancy yourself as a bit of a wizz on the Wii!

Continuing the sports theme, budding footballers can show off their skills in the ‘keepy-uppy’ competition or penalty shoot out for a chance to net themselves £100s of JJB Sports vouchers if they top the leader board. There will also be a face painter on hand to keep the kids entertained.

JJB Sports at the Beehive Centre is ‘Serious About Sport’ and boasts specially trained staff to offer advice on the most appropriate clothing, equipment & accessories whatever your sport – from running to rugby, basketball to boxing or swimwear to skateboards.
